The American Red Cross Hero Care Case Management System (CMS) project was developed as an E-learning course to educate American Red Cross Hero Care specialists (employee) and Regional caseworkers (volunteers) on their upgraded Hero Care Case Management System.
EDT Workshop
I facilitated two separate Enterprise Design Thinking (EDT) workshops for Hero Care Specialists and Regional Caseworkers to comprehensively identify user needs and establish a foundation for content development.

American Red Cross Brand Standards
For the visual design aspects of this project, I conceptualized the course's aesthetic to align consistently with the American Red Cross branding standards showcased in the image to your right.

Articulate UI Platform
Pictured left is the Articulate Rise 360 user interface, where our team leveraged numerous interactive components to enhance the learning experience.
Feedback from our EDT workshop highlighted a user preference for step-by-step instructions on using the CMS. In response to the feedback, we were able to embed clickable walkthroughs of the CMS, developed in Articulate Storyline 360, directly into the Articulate Rise 360 platform.

Video Contributions
This project consist of five instructional videos. I oversaw the production and editing of voiceover audio for all videos, personally producing two videos featured on the left. Additionally, I played a significant role in writing and editing multiple video scripts.

Lessons Learned
The valuable lessons I've learned from collaborating with the Red Cross team is understanding the importance of not only grasping the client's project requirements and user needs, but also recognizing that it's essential to guide them in understanding the benefits of Agile practices, particularly working in sprints. Another Lesson is the importance of clear and consistent communication. Despite setting clear expectations initially, it's important to reemphasize their significance with intention throughout the project's lifecycle.
