The Finance & Supply Chain Transformation (FSCT) Service line commissioned me to develop their FSCT Process Adoption Graphic.
The primary objective of this project was aimed at helping IBM FSCT program practitioners adopt new and innovative ways of working in technology, while offering new approaches in technological methodologies. The project goal was to deliver to practitioners an inspirational and transformative experience throughout the SAP implementation process.
The challenge of this project was that, despite numerous attempts, the FSCT team struggled to create a graphic that not only met their liking visually but also one that effectively conveyed their newly adopted methodologies and best practices.
Displayed below are examples illustrating the graphics in their original state.

I designed and developed a solution to resolve the complexities of this challenge. The images below showcases the initial conceptual sketches I prepared and presented to the FSCT team. The team selected specific concepts for further development.

The images below displays a range of preliminary graphic concepts that underwent further development. The FSCT team later deliberated and chose a final concept.

From initial concept to final execution I successfully produced a graphic that visually represents the FSCT business segment. In addition to this, I delivered supplementary materials which includes a comprehensive brand package.
Pictured right is the final FSCT Process Adoption Graphic.
